Registration fee include: internet free, official ceremony, welcome cocktail on Sunday evening, lunch, closing dinner, shuttle to the congress center.

Reduction for groups of the same public or private body
* International Institutions, Governements and Enterprises and private companies participating with at least 3 members will benefit from 1 complementary registration.

** Reduction for groups of 5 people: organizations from countries Group A and Group B participating with at least 5 members will benefit from 1 complementary registration. As soon as the first 4 people will pay the registration fees communicating the list to the Registration Office, will receive a code for the 5th  complimentary registration.

*** Reduction for groups of 3 people: organizations from countries Group C participating with at least 3 members will benefit from 1 complementary registration. As soon as the first 2 people will pay the registration fees communicating the list to the Registration Office, will receive a code for the 3rd  complimentary registration. 

**** Students (including PhD students) must provide their student card or a letter from their school or university department.
